What it costs, how long it takes, how temperature-sensitive compounds are packed, and exactly what to do if a parcel arrives damaged.

Standard service across the continental USA. Alaska, Hawaii and territories take longer.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship internationally, to freight forwarders, or to PO boxes for temperature-sensitive compounds. Checkout will not accept an address outside the United States.
Shipping cost
Shipping is chosen on the cart page and the price is shown before you pay. The current methods are:

There is no handling fee. The shipping price shown on the cart is the price charged.
Cold-chain packaging
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit, and are shipped in insulated packaging with gel cold packs as a precaution. Compounds that require it are shipped on the overnight cold-chain service only. Research H2O ships at ambient temperature. Cold packs may have thawed by the time a parcel arrives; this does not affect a lyophilized compound. Move vials to −20 °C storage on receipt.
Dispatch and transit times
Orders paid before 2:00 pm Eastern on a business day are normally dispatched the same day; otherwise within 1–2 business days. Typical transit for standard service is 2–5 business days. Temperature-sensitive orders are not dispatched on a Friday unless an overnight service has been selected, so they do not sit in a depot over the weekend.
Tracking your order
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If you have an account, the tracking link also appears on your My Account page.
Getting the address right
Please check the shipping address carefully before you pay. We ship to the address you enter exactly as entered. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address are handled under the Returns Policy; temperature-sensitive compounds returned in this way cannot be refunded.
Delivery and inspection
Please inspect the parcel on arrival. Check that the outer box is intact, that every vial or bottle has its tamper-evident seal, and that the lot numbers on the labels match the certificate of analysis in the box. Move vials to cold storage promptly.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph the packaging and the damaged item before you unpack further, keep everything, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We replace items damaged in transit at our cost — full details in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for five business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us. We open a trace with the carrier and, once the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, reship the order at our cost.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. Tax-exempt institutions should email their exemption certificate before ordering so that it can be applied.
